Political violence from the left ‘would lead somebody to pick up a rifle’

News24 host Danica De Giorgio says the rhetoric spurred by the left is dangerous and leads to political violence, amid reports of a man seen scoping out US President Donald Trump’s golf course. “I don’t feel like he’s [US President Donald Trump] the type of person anyway to back down. He’s happy to have the argument, happy to have the fight,” Ms De Giorgio said. “It’s very, very sad to see people not take their frustrations out in the ballot box. “We’ve got a lot of Democrats, a lot on the left who spur this sort of rhetoric which would lead somebody to pick up a rifle."
