‘Democrats have lost their minds’: Republicans want to run against ‘lunatics’

Republicans Overseas UK Chair Greg Swenson says Democrats have lost their minds, but for Republicans, running against lunatic Democrats is an easier fight. “The Democrats have lost their minds,” Mr Swenson told News24 host Danica De Giorgio. “They’re voting for these lunatics, as Ted Cruz said they’re not just Communists, they’re also Islamists. “From a Republican point of view, I actually would rather run against a lunatic because running against a moderate Democrat is a lot tougher.”
