NSW One Nation leader Mike Newman is grilled over the exact number of sex-selective abortions in New South Wales and fails to give a concrete answer. “Higher than you imagine. We’re seeing up to potentially 40 per cent is going that way,” Mr Newman told News24. “I don’t have the exact numbers off the top of my head; I’ll be brutally honest with you there. “I’ll come back to you with an exact number; I’m not going to sort of make a guess and then be wrong. But all I’m saying is my comments … last night were on me, and I own the fact that I misspoke, and I’m very apologetic to those who took it the wrong way.”
