‘Not much of a victory’: Clancy verdict sparks brutal reckoning for feminism

The Article III Project Senior Counsel Will Chamberlain argues the Lindsay Clancy case does not represent a feminist victory and could set the feminist movement back. “If this really is some sort of feminist victory, I don’t think it’s much of a victory at the end of the day,” Mr Chamberlain told News24 host Rita Panahi. “The feminist movement would be very badly set back by adopting this view.”
