‘Guilty as sin’: Clancy juror defended after standing alone in explosive mistrial

The Article III Project Senior Counsel Will Chamberlain defends the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case and condemns the harassment he faces after refusing to support a guilty verdict. “It’s revealed that we have a lot of people in this country that have no business being on juries,” Mr Chamberlain told News24 host Rita Panahi. “Lindsey Clancy is guilty as sin. “She should never see the light of day again. “It’s appalling that apparently there was only one Juror out of 12 who was willing to stand up for the lives of those three poor children. “The fact that this man is now being harassed by these people- I would want the book thrown at anybody who is intimidating this Juror.”
