North Korea now holds ‘stronger hand’ as Trump seeks fourth meeting with Kim Jong Un

North Korea reportedly now holds stronger leverage in any future negotiations with US President Donald Trump. Mr Trump seeks to meet with North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un for the fourth time. This comes as North Korea’s rocket program has advanced a great deal, and it has built a stronger relationship with Russia. The preconditions going into any fourth summit would be much higher from the North Koreans.
