NASA advances Artemis plan for base at Moon's south pole

NASA has previewed its new plan to build a base on the Moon. The organisation and its commercial partners are building dozens of landers, rovers and scientific probes. Monthly landings will start in 2027 to identify a location for a future lunar base near the Moon's south pole.
