‘Makes it dangerous’: DSA gives ‘downwardly mobile’ children a community to coalesce around

​News24 host James Morrow says the Democratic Socialists of America give “downwardly mobile” children of the middle and upper class a community to "coalesce" around. ​“They’ve gone and gotten all their graduate degrees, and they’re still working at Starbucks, and things haven’t worked out for them,” Mr Morrow told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. ​“They’re really, really angry. ​“This DSA thing, more than the politics, is giving them a kind of community to coalesce around, and that’s what…makes them attractive to a lot of people that are going into it, but it’s also what makes it really dangerous.”
