‘Look in the mirror’: Albanese blasted after One Nation win

News24 host James Macpherson says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese should look at Labor’s own failures rather than attack One Nation, after the party’s strong result in the traditionally safe Labor seat of Secret Harbour. “The Prime Minister used his speech at Labor's Queensland State Conference today to rail against the evils of One Nation, saying he owed it to history to defeat them,” Mr Macpherson said. “People in Secret Harbour, the safest of safe Labor seats in the safest of safe Labor states, moved decisively against Labor yesterday, giving One Nation almost 60 per cent of the votes. “If he wants to defeat One Nation, he should look in the mirror and make some adjustments, but he doesn't want to do that because he doesn't believe there's anything to adjust.”
