Lindsay Clancy’s defence team requests juror be removed over ‘hold out’ on verdict

Former US trial judge and lawyer Ashley Willcott believes Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial could end in a mistrial due to “one holdout” from the jury. Lindsay Clancy’s defence team requested a juror be removed from the panel. Ms Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, told the judge the juror is preventing the panel from reaching a unanimous verdict in the murder trial.
