Foundations of Defence for Democracies Research Analyst Janatan Sayeh says despite the leaks from the Iran war, suggestions that the US is running low on missiles are not completely true; there is still enough ammunition to pursue attacks on Iran. “The challenge with the recent war has been we never really had accurate numbers for the missiles of whether Iran or the United States,” Mr Sayeh told News24 host James Bolt. “It would have been a bit more clarifying had we known how many Tehran possessed, because the original idea was they had about 3,000 to 1,000 was the range. We know for a fact that was certainly not even close.” “To be more specific, it was precision-guided missiles [that are running low]. “We still have enough munition to pursue different attacks against the regime.”
