Jacinta Price slams embarrassing Albanese government over living standards slide

Shadow Small Business Minister Jacinta Price says it’s “embarrassing” that Australia has seen the biggest slide in living standards in the developed world, as another interest rate hike looms. “We’ve got the largest decline in living standards in the developed world, which is really quite embarrassing,” Ms Price told News24 host Paul Murray. “Now, of course, with the prospect of another rate rise. “That will be the 17th rise under this prime minister. He and his treasurer have nothing to be proud about.”
