‘It never does’: ABC blasted for never telling all sides of the story

​News24 host Rowan Dean blasts the publicly funded ABC for “never” telling all sides of a story. “If you remember, whenever it was last year, when you had that vile photograph of a woman like Madonna holding a supposed starving child in Gaza,” Mr Dean said. ​“The ABC and the mainstream media pumped this photo; you couldn’t escape this photo; it was on every news show. ​”The photo had been staged; it was Hamas propaganda. ​“This is the perversity of the mainstream media, but particularly the ABC, whose charter demands that it tells all sides of the story, and it never does. ​“That’s another institution to pull out of.”
