‘Ironic’: Macquarie Uni offers psychology class taught by an AI chatbot

​Sovereign Australia AI CEO Simon Kriss says the “irony” of Macquarie University offering a psychology class taught by an AI chatbot is “not lost” on him. ​“From what I understand, this chatbot is being used for a number of subjects, but introducing it to psychology in particular is an interesting twist,” Mr Kriss told News24 host James Macpherson. ​“The information that we’ve seen around it is a little bit light on detail. ​“While it might be great for some students that actually interfacing that way, there will be other students that feel quite let down by it.”
