‘Incapacitated’ Iran Supreme Leader unlikely to be leading the country

Foundations of Defence for Democracies Research Analyst Janatan Sayeh says the Supreme Leader of Iran Mojtaba Khamenei is unlikely to be leading the country, instead possibly incapacitated. “Very unlikely for him to be in a leading capacity,” Mr Sayeh told News24 host James Bolt. “He’s probably incapacitated. “I do believe if he was dead the information would have leaked by now.”
