US Election Expert Remy Numa says Hispanic voters who backed Donald Trump more strongly than expected in 2024 are showing signs of drifting back towards Democrats ahead of November’s midterms. “The biggest sort of demographic story that I think we're going to see out of Texas on election night is the Hispanic factor,” Mr Numa told News24 host James Morrow. “We've seen over the last six years, particularly with the arrival of Donald Trump onto the political scene, that Hispanics were really enthusiastic about his candidacy and were very supportive of him in 2024 relative to historical expectations on that demographic. “We're seeing those voters drift back or at least indicate that they're drifting back in November.”
