‘Fugitive TV’ host Ray Marcel reveals the holdout juror’s account that eight jurors favoured acquittal from the outset, with some described as activists. “He said that from day one, he said eight of them were going for Lindsay Clancy not guilty, eight were going not guilty, two were for guilty and two didn’t know,” Mr Marcel said. “He told me that the eight who, on day one, were going for Lindsay not guilty, he said to him those eight, he felt like they were activists. “He said the eight who felt that Lindsay was not guilty were trying to convince the other four, Hey, Lindsay’s not guilty.”
