Coalition knows ‘where the gaps are’ in Australia’s skilled worker shortage

Opposition Leader Angus Taylor discusses filling the skills gap for health and aged care workers in Australia as the Coalition’s migration pledge comes under the microscope. “We recognise where the gaps are,” Mr Taylor said. “We’re going to have an additional 100,000 skills visas which will include people working in those sectors. “We need to get the people who we need to fill the skill gaps we have in this country, and we know we have that in health and aged care.”
