Burnham pushes for even more layers of bureaucracy as he aims to shift power out of London

​UnHerd Newsroom Editor James Billot says UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s “grand idea” is to add even more layers of politicians and bureaucracy ​“He is now working from Manchester on Fridays, which somehow is going to get the country's economy humming again,” Mr Billot told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. ​“I just don’t think there’s going to be that much different from the Burnham administration compared to the Starmer one, and we all know how badly that one ended.”
