News Corp National Education Editor Susie O’Brien says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s steadfast refusal to apologise over the melon saga doesn’t “pass the pub test”. “It does not pass the pub test,” Ms O’Brien told News24 host Chris Kenny. “If you have a prime minister that is behaving like, A, Benny Hill, should they apologise, should they pretend it hasn’t happened, or should they fess up, say yeah, you know what, I got it wrong.”
