Albanese government has made buying a first home much harder for Australians

Auctioneer and Real Estate Expert Tom Panos says first home buyers are officially at a disadvantage despite all incentives and adds people who are “upgrading” from another home benefit the most currently. “There was research that has come out in the last 7 days, it is harder to buy a property as a first home buyer,” Mr Panos told News24 host Chris Kenny. “They haven’t made it easier; they’ve made it harder. “The people that have benefited out of this, it’s quite remarkable … are the people who are upgrading. “First home buyers are not winning; young people are not winning.”
