US Election Expert Remy Numa reported a bout of flu could benefit Paxton in an increasingly tight Texas Senate race. “We're told that James Tallarico has the flu, and it is flu season here in the US, so I'm sure he would be as keen as anybody to get back out on the trail,” Mr Numa told News24 host James Morrow. “In the meantime, it's something of a good opportunity for Ken Paxton in what has been a reasonably difficult month for the Senate hopeful. “Texas and I think Michigan are probably the states that we're all going to spend the most time talking about in November. “Tallarico's absence from the trail is probably a good thing for Paxton in what looks like a tight as a tick race going through to November.”
