Knights Group THP acquisition 17 August 2026

We discuss Knight's Group acquisition of THP Solicitors Ltd in the Thames Valley market for £4m. The deal adds around 30 fee earners and strengthens Knight's full-service legal offering in Reading. It becomes the group's 30th acquisition in 15 years, aligned with its growth strategy and role as a leading consolidator in the regional legal market. We do not think the shares' rating reflects a strong track record and retain our Fair Value at 315p / share.
