We discuss ELAC SONAR’s major contract win with Saab to deliver sonar systems for the Polish Orka submarine program. The contract is worth €140 million ( £120 million), runs into the mid-2030s, and is expected to enhance group-adjusted earnings per share in the following financial year and beyond. Based on this, our outlook has been adjusted upward, with FY28 and EBIT increased by 2% and FY29 by 2.9%. Fair value/share still seen at 2150p.
