Thailand has signalled readiness for a new chapter in economic ties with Myanmar, as it leads efforts to bring its war-torn neighbour back into the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) fold. Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said they will push for more trade and energy collaboration, as he welcomed Myanmar leader Min Aung Hlaing in Bangkok.
