Thailand says ASEAN may be shifting its approach towards Myanmar ahead of expected talks on the country's future in Manila next month. Bangkok has also welcomed renewed US engagement with Myanmar's military-backed government. But the Thai foreign minister stresses that engaging with the current leadership does not mean legitimising its rule.
