Sparking new interests among youths: Curiosity Credits could unlock more varied, niche programmes

Self-help groups say the new Curiosity Credits could unlock more programme choices for youths by pooling demand for niche interests. They include in courses like culinary arts, speech and drama. While the full list of programmes has yet to be revealed, eligible youths from four self-help groups may be able to pursue their interests using a S$500 credit. Nikhil Khattar reports
