Singapore steps up healthcare preparations as haze risk rises

Singapore is preparing for potential severe haze episodes as dry conditions and regional fires raise the risk of worsening air quality. Hospitals and community care providers have been urged to ensure that they have sufficient N95 masks and air purifiers. Doctors are preparing vulnerable patients for possible respiratory symptoms.
