Revitalising Singapore’s nightlife: Permanent measures to create livelier Boat Quay and Clarke Quay

After a year-long pilot to revitalize Singapore’s nightlife, some measures have been made permanent this week. The aim is to create a livelier night economy at Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. The Singapore Nighttime Business Association or SNBA hopes that having longer liquor trading hours and a weekend car-free zone at Circular Road will help achieve the goal.
