Pilot programme to require new details for public construction consultancy tenders

Tenders for public sector construction consultants will soon face closer scrutiny to discourage bids that are priced too low to be sustainable. That’s under a pilot Resourcing Evaluation Guide or REG by the Building and Construction Authority.
