Neighbour disputes: Compulsory mediation, investigation pilot to be expanded nationwide

More residents in serious disputes with their neighbours could soon be required by law to attend mediation. A pilot programme in Tampines that allows agencies to give such directions and investigate will be expanded nationwide from September. And it will also include those living in private estates.
