Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing will soon land in Moscow as he continues his diplomatic blitz. This is his first trip to Russia since assuming a civilian role in April. He had earlier been to India, China, Laos and Thailand. Both Myanmar and Russia are under Western sanctions. During Min Aung Hlaing's recent trips, he emphasised that Myanmar is open for business and on the path to progress, stability and democracy. He has pledged to restore ties with ASEAN while strengthening other international relations. Dasha Chernyshova reports from Moscow.
