Prices of all monthly concession passes will remain unchanged for this year's transport fare review exercise, the Public Transport Council (PTC) said on Tuesday (Sep 29). It also added that card fares for for lower-wage workers under the Workfare Transport Concession Scheme (WTCS) will remain unchanged.
