More focus on holistic development, but parental stress rises: IPS study on education

Parents in Singapore are placing more emphasis on their children's character, values and social-emotional development. But a new study finds that they are still willing to spend more on tuition and are increasingly anxious over whether their kids can keep up with their studies.
