A man who caused the deadly Tampines chain collision in April 2024 pleaded guilty on Thursday (Aug 6) to three charges of dangerous driving. Muhammad Syafie Ismail, 45, admitted to running a red light at a speed of at least 129kmh, killing a 17-year-old student and a 57-year-old woman, and injuring eight others. Sentencing has been adjourned.
