Ex-Philippine President Duterte appears in person at International Criminal Court

Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has made his first public appearance in 18 months during a pre-trial hearing at the International Criminal Court. The 81-year-old is facing three counts of crimes against humanity over alleged killings linked to his anti-drug campaign.
