Bangkok floods: Thai govt declares 2-day special holiday

Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul travelled by boat through flood-hit areas of Bangkok on Sunday (Sep 27), handing out relief supplies to stranded residents after days of heavy rain. The government declared Sep 28 and 29 special public holidays for Bangkok and three neighbouring provinces to help manage the flooding.
