Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says a car attack that left a lawmaker critically injured was a deliberate act and not an accident. 65-year-old independent MP Helen Haines was airlifted to hospital after she was hit outside her office in Wangaratta city, northeast of Melbourne.
