Tourism constitutes about 8% of Georgia's economy and is a key part of trade in services. Irakli Nadareishvili, deputy minister of economy and sustainable development of Georgia, attended the ongoing China International Fair for Trade in Services in Beijing. He said Chinese visitors to Georgia grew nearly 50% last year, boosted by visa-free travel and direct flights, terming Georgia as a four-season destination.
