SCO secretary-general says group promoting cooperation on new technologies, startups

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has been actively promoting cooperation among member states on new technologies, startups and innovation, which are becoming increasingly prominent on the SCO's agenda, said Nurlan Yermekbayev, the organization's secretary-general, in Beijing on Tuesday.
