How can the Global South gain an equal voice?

The Global South, accounting for 86% of the world's population, contributing roughly 80% to the world's total economic growth, has long lacked a sufficient say in the global governance system. Ben Norton, founder and editor-in-chief of The Geopolitical Economy Report, points out that as the world moves toward multipolarity, China's Global Governance Initiative advocates reforming existing global system.
