Marshall of Cambridge - Pursuing a clear path to realise value

Having disposed of its Property division for £200m, the Marshall Group is now seeking a sale of its Aerospace business, as we cover in a new note. We estimate Marshall Group’s current value at approximately £164m to £219m, net of likely tax liabilities. At the midpoint of that range, an indicative value per share equates to 324p.
