We review BTG Consulting’s Full Year 2026 performance and the outlook for full year 2027. BTG reports a 6% increase in experienced staff, driving 10% revenue growth, strengthened leadership in restructurings, and continued growth in real estate, with larger cases won, including Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and MFS. Adjusted PBT margin was 14.8% despite cost headwinds, and the dividend increased 7%, marking nine years of growth. The group also completed its strategic rebrand to BTG Consulting from Begbies Traynor, and promoted Mark Fry to CEO, with early indicators for Full Year 2027 supported by a 12% rise in the insolvency order book to £88 million.
