A police cordon remains in place around RAF Fairford in the UK as authorities investigate a suspected foiled attack, leaving local residents unable to return home. A villager who asked to remain anonymous said she spotted a number of masked men on Sunday and called emergency services, believing her actions may have scared them away and helped raise the alarm.
