A standoff is building in a town in Northern Ireland. For four days, the Protestant Orange Order has been waiting to march on a road it had been banned from for 28 years. Members of the Catholic community have gathered to stop them. Negotiations to end the dispute continued on Tuesday but neither side appears to be backing down.
