Israel moves to ban main Palestinian-led lists from election

Israel’s election panel has voted to disqualify the two main Palestinian-led lists from next month’s election. Reacting to the decision, Hadash lawmaker Ofer Cassif, also barred, told Al Jazeera Israel has become a ‘fully fledged fascist dictatorship’. The bans are not final and appeals are expected.
