An Israeli settler has been filmed emptying water from the well of a Palestinian family in Huwara, South Hebron Hills in the occupied West Bank. The video, posted on X by Yehuda Shaul, founder of Breaking the Silence, identified the settler as Moshe Bialistoki from Dvash M sela (Honey from Stone) Farm.
In the footage, Bialistoki is heard saying, "I am emptying your water cistern now." The incident captured in the video occurred in early November 2025 in the West Bank village of al-Mughayyir, where settlers were seen wasting the family's water amid protests that they were armed.
