Logitech is the target of a proposed class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to pass on tariff refunds to its customers. Filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, the complaint states that Logitech increased prices on 51 percent of its products in April 2025, with some hikes reaching 25 percent. The lawsuit contends that these price increases were implemented to offset import tariffs that the U.S. Supreme Court has since declared unlawful. Plaintiffs, including construction builder SJK Development and California resident Ala Awadalla, assert they paid higher prices for Logitech mice and have not received any refund or credit corresponding to the tariff component of their purchase. The complaint highlights statements from Logitech executives, such as CFO Matteo Anversa, who reportedly informed investors that price increases had more than offset the impact of tariffs, contributing to the company's historical profitability. Logitech has not publicly announced these price hikes, which remain in effect.
