Israeli forces have conducted multiple raids and detentions in the Nablus region. In the village of Madama, Bilal Bassam Ziada and Hamza Bassam Ziada were detained following a campaign of raids and field interrogations.
Separately, in the town of Tell southwest of Nablus, occupation forces arrested two brothers, Issam Ibrahim Ramadan and his 15-year-old brother, Omar Ibrahim Ramadan. The forces also raided several other villages in the Nablus governorate, including Beit Iba and Rujeib, and were searching homes in Salem.
In a separate incident on July 24, 2026, Israeli forces raided Nablus Specialized Hospital, detaining a wounded patient, Ali Ramadan, who was receiving treatment for a gunshot wound sustained during an assault on Tell. Medical staff were also assaulted, and surveillance camera recordings were seized.
Furthermore, an investigation by the Israeli human rights group B'Tselem found that Israeli soldiers executed two Palestinian brothers, Nidal Amirah, 40, and Khaled Amirah, 35, in the Old City of Nablus on June 10, allegedly for posing a threat. B'Tselem's analysis of video footage and eyewitness testimonies indicated that the brothers were shot without justification during a raid.
