In St. Cloud, Florida, the company launched Canoe Creek Reserve, offering homes starting in the low $300,000s and situated near outdoor recreation areas. In East Tucson, Arizona, KB Home opened another community named Reserve, which is part of the Bella Tierra master plan and features on-site amenities, with proximity to schools and parks.
In Greenwood Village, a new luxury gated community called The Village at Landmark has broken ground. This development will consist of 90 luxury single-family homes. An invitation-only event was held on June 4 to reveal architectural and design plans for the upscale project.
